Type specimen: UF 150006-150007, a partial skeleton (associated right and left hypoplastra). Its type locality is Brooksville 2, which is in an Arikareean fissure fill claystone/sandstone in Florida.
Ecology: aquatic durophage-piscivore
Distribution: found only at Brooksville 2
