Taxonomy
Hydnophyllia zuberi was named by Felix (1906). It is not extant. Its type locality is Delatyn, which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian marine conglomerate in the Konglomeratbank Formation of Ukraine.
It was recombined as Taxogyra zuberi by Baron-Szabo (2006).
