Dichocoenia anomalos
Taxonomy
Favioseris anomalos was named by Wells (1934). It is not extant. Its type locality is Catadupa, "Catadupa Beds", which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian shallow subtidal limestone in the "Catadupa Beds" Formation of Jamaica. It is the type species of Favioseris.
It was recombined as Ovalastrea anomalos by Löser (2000); it was recombined as Dichocoenia anomalos by Baron-Szabo (2002).
