Taxonomy

Indusia was named by Bosc (1805). It is considered to be a form taxon.

It was assigned to Limnophilidae by Scudder (1890); to Limnephilidae by Cockerell (1925), Hugueney et al. (1990); and to Trichoptera by Carpenter (1992).

Species

I. calculosa, I. comminuta, I. cypridis, I. reisi, I. sequoiae, I. suguioi, I. tubulosa (syn. Phryganea gerandiana, Phryganea corentiana)

Synonyms

Boscindusia was named by Vialov (1973). It is considered to be a form taxon.

It was synonymized subjectively with Indusia by Hugueney et al. (1990).
