Petalaxis branisai

Taxonomy
Stylastraea branisai was named by Wilson (1990). Its type specimen is USNM 440846 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Colquencha Area, Branisa Collection, which is in an Artinskian carbonate limestone in the Copacabana Formation of Bolivia.

It was recombined as Petalaxis branisai by Fedorowski et al. (2007).
