Taxonomy
Pseudocystophora wilsoni was named by Stevens (2009). Its type specimen is USNM 531319 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is SJS-685, McCloud Reservoir, Klamath Mountains, which is in an Asselian/Sakmarian carbonate limestone in the McCloud Formation of California.
