Cretosperchus medievalis
Taxonomy
Cretosperchus medievalis was named by Ponomarenko (1997). Its type specimen is HU 38335, an exoskeleton, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Wadi el Malih, which is in a Berriasian pond shale/tuff in the Tayasir Formation of Israel. It is the type species of Cretosperchus.
