Durhamina cordillerensis

Taxonomy
Lonsdaleia cordillerensis was named by Easton (1960). Its type specimen is USC 5127 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USC Loc. 342 - Rib Hill, which is in an Artinskian open shallow subtidal limestone in the Arcturus Formation of Nevada. It is the type species of Durhamina.

It was recombined as Durhamina cordillerensis by Wilson and Langenheim (1962), Stevens (1967), Fedorowski et al. (2007) and Stevens (2008).
