Metarchilimonia krzeminskorum

Taxonomy
Metarchilimonia krzeminskorum was named by Blagoderov and Grimaldi (2007). Its type specimen is VMNH 732, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Solite Quarries (VMNH collection), which is in a Norian lacustrine - small shale in the Cow Branch Formation of North Carolina. It is the type species of Metarchilimonia.
