Triassophyllum was named by Papier et al. (1997). It is not extant. Its type is Triassophyllum leopardi.
It was assigned to Tettigoniidae by Papier et al. (1997); to Archaeorthoptera by Prokop et al. (2015); and to Ipsviciidae by Gorochov (2005), Lambkin (2020).
