Permastraea biseptata

Taxonomy

Cystophora biseptata was named by Dobrolyubova (1936).

It was recombined as Protolonsdaleiastraea biseptata by Kossovaja (1996); it was recombined as Permastraea biseptata by Fedorowski et al. (2007).

Synonyms

Protolonsdaleiastraea gorskyi was named by Dobrolyubova (1941).

It was synonymized subjectively with Permastraea biseptata by Fedorowski et al. (2007).
Orionastraea hudsoni was named by Wilson and Langenheim (1962). Its type specimen is UCMP 34644 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCMP B-6206, Water Canyon, which is in an Artinskian shallow subtidal limestone in the Arcturus Formation of Nevada.

It was synonymized subjectively with Permastraea biseptata by Fedorowski et al. (2007).
