Jibaissodes giganteus
Taxonomy
Jibaissodes giganteus was named by Ren (1995). Its type specimen is BL92015, an exoskeleton (head, thorax, partial left forewing, right fore and hindwing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Chongqing Reservoir, west hills, Beijing, which is in an Aptian lacustrine mudstone in the Lushangfen Formation of China. It is the type species of Jibaissodes.
