Protohybosorus grandissimus

Taxonomy
Protohybosorus grandissimus was named by Nikolajev (2010). Its type specimen is PIN 2335/25, an exoskeleton (anterior portion of beetle), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Karatau-Mikhailovka (PIN collection 2335), which is in a Kimmeridgian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan.
