Taxonomy
Fulgoropsis dubiosa was named by Martynov (1937). Its type specimen is PIN KK 11/8, a hindwing (anterior, basal & anal parts not preserved), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Kyzyl-Kiya, which is in a Pliensbachian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in Kyrgyzstan. It is the type species of Fulgoropsis.
