Leridatoma pulcherrima
Taxonomy
Leridatoma pulcherrima was named by Rasnitsyn and Ansorge (2000). Its type specimen is PMNHU Ansorge coll. MA 100, an exoskeleton (preserved sidewise), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is La Cabrua outcrop, Sierra del Montsec (Ansorge FGWG coll), which is in a Barremian lacustrine - large lime mudstone in the la Pedrera de Rubies Formation of Spain. It is the type species of Leridatoma.
