Rhipidoblattina geikiei
Taxonomy
Mesoblattina geikiei was named by Scudder (1886). Its type specimen is NHM I 10620, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Brown's Wood, Warwickshire, which is in a Rhaetian marine horizon in the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Rhipidoblattina.
It was recombined as Rhipidoblattina geikiei by Handlirsch (1906), Vršanský and Ansorge (2007), Vršanský (2020), Swaby et al. (2024).
