Lithecphora setigera

Taxonomy
Lithecphora setigera was named by Scudder (1890). Its type specimen is PU 1.121, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Florissant (former Princeton collection), which is in an Eocene lacustrine - large shale/volcaniclastic in the Florissant Formation of Colorado. It is the type species of Lithecphora.
