Afrapia variicornis
Taxonomy
Afrapia variicornis was named by Rasnitsyn and Brothers (2009). Its type specimen is BP/2/27215, an exoskeleton (almost complete female), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Orapa (Bernard Price Institute), which is in a Turonian lacustrine - large mudstone in Botswana.
