Mesoneura vexabilis
Taxonomy
Scolioneura vexabilis was named by Brues (1908). Its type specimen is MCZ 2039, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Florissant (MCZ Collection), which is in a Chadronian lacustrine - large shale in the Florissant Formation of Colorado.
It was recombined as Lisconeura vexabilis by Rohwer (1908); it was recombined as Mesoneura vexabilis by Zhelochovtzev and Rasnitsyn (1972), Taeger et al. (2010).
