Thamnotettix eocenicus
Taxonomy
Erythroneura eocenica was named by Cockerell (1921). Its type specimen is USNM 66566, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Roan Mountain (Scudder Coll), which is in a Bridgerian lacustrine - large shale in the Green River Formation of Colorado.
It was recombined as Thamnotettix eocenicus by Cockerell (1925).
