Taxonomy
Archaeotinodes reveraverus was named by Melnitsky and Ivanov (2010). Its type specimen is IZSK UA-1651, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Rovno Amber, Ukryantar factory material (SIZK UA collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Ukraine.
