Palaeoaphis archimedia
Taxonomy
Palaeoaphis archimedia was named by Richards (1966). Its type specimen is CNC 9170, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Cedar Lake (CNC 1963 collection), which is in a Campanian terrestrial amber in Canada. It is the type species of Palaeoaphis.
