Taxonomy
Aniferella bostoni was named by Richards (1966). Its type specimen is CNC 9169, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Grassy Lake, Medicine Hat (P. Boston collection), which is in a Campanian terrestrial amber in the Foremost Formation of Canada.
