Taxonomy

Lasiomastix longicornis was named by Meunier (1906). It is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic Amber, Klebs collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in the Russian Federation.

It was considered a nomen nudum by Loew (1850); it was recombined as Palaeopoecilostola longicornis by Alexander (1931), Kania et al. (2011).

Synonyms

Limnophila robusta was named by Meunier (1906). It is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic amber, Konigsberg collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in the Russian Federation.

It was replaced with Limnophila palaea by Bergroth (1913); it was synonymized subjectively with Palaeopoecilostola longicornis by Alexander (1931).
