Palaeodytes incompleta
Taxonomy
Palaeodytes incompleta was named by Ponomarenko et al. (2005). Its type specimen is MNEMG 2003.18, an exoskeleton (lacking head, prothorax, and legs), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Durlston Bay, Bed DB175, Swanage (MNEMG collection), which is in a Berriasian lagoonal siliciclastic in the Durlston Formation of the United Kingdom.
