Taxonomy
Cretodinapsis caucasica was named by Rasnitsyn (1977). Its type specimen is PIN 3517/6, an exoskeleton (complete wasp), and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Agdzhakend amber, Tsimkhadzor site (PIN collection 3517), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Azerbaijan.
