Taxonomy
Permocicada pusilla was named by Becker-Migdisova (1940). Its type specimen is PIN 94/688, a wing (fore & hindwing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Soyana (Iva Gora, PIN collection 94), which is in a Roadian lagoonal siliciclastic in the Russian Federation.
