Taxonomy
Agapetus aequalis was named by Hagen (1856). It is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic Amber, Berendt collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Poland.
It was recombined as Dolophilus aequalis by Ulmer (1912); it was recombined as Wormaldia aequalis by Wichard et al. (2009).
