Taxonomy
Orthoscytina suchovi was named by Becker-Migdisova (1961). Its type specimen is PIN 963/1, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Terekhino, well 7-K, 378-385 m depth (PIN collection 963), which is in a Roadian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Uskat Formation of the Russian Federation.
