Taxonomy
Archeglyphis crassinervis was named by Martynov (1930). Its type specimen is PIN 1079/22a, a tegmen, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Balakhonka (PIN collection 1079), which is in a Gzhelian pond siliciclastic in the Alykaevskaya Formation of the Russian Federation.
