Cicadopsis rugosipenna

Taxonomy
Cicadopsis rugosipenna was named by Becker-Migdisova (1959). Its type specimen is PIN 679/50, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Kaltan, outcrop 1300 (PIN collection 679), which is in a Roadian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Mitina Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Cicadopsis.
