Taxonomy
Lebanaphis minor was named by Heie (2000). Its type specimen is Azar 40, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Lebanese amber, Mdeyrij-Hammana (LU collection), which is in a Barremian terrestrial amber in Lebanon.
