Trichopterodomus leonardi
Taxonomy
Trichopterodomus leonardi was named by Erickson (1983). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is UND 13505, an other (caddis case), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sheep Butte, which is in a Thanetian fluvial siliciclastic in the Sentinel Butte Formation of North Dakota. It is the type species of Trichopterodomus.
