Synaptotoma limi

Taxonomy
Synaptotoma limi was named by Gao et al. (2009). Its type specimen is CNU-HYM-NN2008012, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daohugou (CNU 2008 collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China. It is the type species of Synaptotoma.
