Lebanoculicoides mesozoicus

Taxonomy
Lebanoculicoides mesozoicus was named by Szadziewski (1996). Its type specimen is SMNS C32/33, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Lebanese amber, Jezzine (SMNS collection), which is in a Barremian terrestrial amber in Lebanon. It is the type species of Lebanoculicoides.
