Brimaphis similis
Taxonomy
Brimaphis similis was named by Wegierek (1989). Its type specimen is PIN 3064/5045(5035), an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Baissa (PIN collection 3064, bed 31), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large marl/siltstone in the Zaza Formation of the Russian Federation.
