Lasius vetulus
Taxonomy
Lasius vetulus was named by Dlussky (1981). Its type specimen is PIN 254/1440, an exoskeleton, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Vishnevaya Balka creek, outcrop 4, Stavropol (PIN collection 254), which is in a Miocene lacustrine shale in the Russian Federation.
