Taxonomy
Pseudinouyia transversa was named by Zhang et al. (1995). It is not extant. Its type locality is Hulusitai, Helanshan, NH48, which is in a Taijangian carbonate limestone in the Hsuchuang Formation of China. It is the type species of Pseudinouyia.
