Kolopsis yperus
Taxonomy
Kolopsis yperus was named by Murray et al. (1993). Its type specimen is SGM P92ll7, a set of teeth (right P3 and right M2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Alcoota Scientific Reserve, which is in a Miocene crevasse splay siltstone in the Waite Formation of Australia.
