Mesoraphidia medialis
Taxonomy
Siboptera medialis was named by Ponomarenko (1993). Its type specimen is PIN 4210/2230, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Baissa (PIN collection 4210, unknown layer), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large siltstone/marl in the Zaza Formation of the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Mesoraphidia medialis by Bechly and Wolf-Schwenninger (2011) and Lu et al. (2015).
