Fonsecahymen stigmata
Taxonomy
Fonsecahymen stigmata was named by Martins-Neto and Mendes (2002). Its type specimen is UNIVALE CH 0014/2, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Fonseca creek, CENIBRA property, which is in a Priabonian lacustrine shale in the Fonseca Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Fonsecahymen.
