Tenthredo miocenica
Taxonomy
Tenthredo miocenica was named by Zhang and Zhang (1990). Its type specimen is Shandong Geological Museum K0130(0141), an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Shanwang, Linqu County, collection K0 (Shandong Geological Museum), which is in a Burdigalian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Shanwang Formation of China.
