Scarrittia robusta
Taxonomy
Scarrittia robusta was named by Ubilla et al. (1994). Its type specimen is FC-DPV-661, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Paso del Cuello, which is in a Deseadan fluvial sandstone in the Fray Bentos Formation of Uruguay.
