Enicocephalus subvitreus
Taxonomy
Enicocephalus subvitreus was named by Grimaldi et al. (1993). Its type specimen is AMNH DR-8-369, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Dominican amber, La Toca mine (AMNH coll), which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial amber in the La Toca Formation of the Dominican Republic.
