Diagnosis
Reference | Diagnosis | |
---|---|---|
R. Florin 1940 | Leaf 8 cm. long., narrowly cuneate, 1 mm. broad at the base, flat with entire margins, 7 mm. broad halfway towards the apex, bifurcating in the apical region into two almost linear, 4.5 mm. broad lobes. A single vein enters the leaf-base and begins to fork almost immediately, so that 8-10 veins are found in the broadest portion of the undivided part of the leaf. When four veins have arisen (fig. 1b), the two median veins bifurcate earlier than the marginal veins, whereupon only the two innermost fork once more. The lobes thus contain 5 veins each. |
