Leptoconops (Leptoconops) subrossicus

Taxonomy
Leptoconops subrossicus was named by Szadziewski and Poinar (2005). Its type specimen is OSU In. C-12, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin Amber (Poinar collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.

It was recombined as Leptoconops (Leptoconops) subrossicus by Borkent (2013), Szadziewski (2018), Borkent and Dominiak (2020).
