Peronehelea frigida

Taxonomy
Ceratopogon (Fanthamia) frigidus was named by Remm (1976). Its type specimen is PIN 3311/371, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Taimyr amber, Yantardakh Hill (PIN collection 3311), which is in a Santonian terrestrial amber in the Kheta Formation of the Russian Federation.

It was recombined as Palaeobrachypogon frigidus by Borkent (1995); it was recombined as Peronehelea frigidus by Borkent and Wirth (1997); it was recombined as Peronehelea frigida by Szadziewski (1996), Borkent (2013), Szadziewski (2018), Borkent (2019), Borkent and Dominiak (2020).
