Palpomyia erikae
Taxonomy
Palpomyia erikae was named by Szadziewski (1993). Its type specimen is MfN MB.I-8-1, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Bitterfeld amber (MfN collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Germany.
