Palpomyia succinea
Taxonomy
Palpomyia succinea was named by Szadziewski (1988). Its type specimen is ZMC 235, an exoskeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Danish Amber (University of Copenhagen ZMUC, NHMD Collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Denmark.
