Oviparosiphum jakovlevi
Taxonomy
Oviparosiphum jakovlevi was named by Shaposhnikov (1979). Its type specimen is PIN 3559/51, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Bon Tsagaan (PIN collection 3559), which is in an Aptian lacustrine siliciclastic in the Dzun-Bain Formation of Mongolia. It is the type species of Oviparosiphum.
